My personal recommendation is honest hearts anytime between 2 and 25, dead money any time between 15 and 35, owb between 15 and 40, and lonesome road 30+. NV Gutsy Handy Animated Eyes Little texture that makes the eyes move like in 4. Simple and, actually, lore friendly when you think about it. Thing about dead money is that the environmental hazards are dangerous to any level character, gear is static so when enemies are hitting harder at level 35+, you still have the weak armour and weapons. Adds the flying radio bots from Fallout 3, nice addition imo.
